how can I check the FSB when i on my computer i press delete
and only if u want to reboot etc. comes up

umm, now if I understand what you are trying to say.
-Reboot the pc, very soon after the power comes on it should say something like "press F2 to enter bios" It might not be f2, it could be some other f-key or del.
But then just press that key and it should go to the bios. And from there try to find something like cpu settings or stuff like that.

or then just download cpu-z and it should tell you.

Yeah, cpu-z will tell you all you need to know about your computer without the need to reboot into the bios, check it out.
