i think im gonna ask for this
for xmas, needed a new monitor, 22" about 5" bigger than my current one, what do you guys think?

yeah i dont know much about the specs, but im gonna be usin it with my hd cables (since it has component) for 360, since i dont ahve an hdtv

can anyone explain to me what the specs mean? lol, i just wanna make sure im gettin a nice one for $400, i wanna be able to play 360 in HD, watch HD movies, etc. and it has pop,

and now to explain the specs

1. the response time is how much time it takes the monitor to take the signal and turn it into a pretty picture you can see.
2. contrast ratio is explained clearly here - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Contrast_ratio
3. vga=regular monitor cable
dvi=digital monitor cable
component=1080i hd signal
s-video= used for some video devices

so can i get hd through a vga cable? i saw it at bestbuy today, it looks gooood but 2 morethings
a) can i have both plugged in at once? or maybe multiple vga? cuz i read that it has PoP !
b) what is the usbhub on the monitor good for? besides the obvious is there an angle to having one on ur monitor?
