Power Supply choice

You want at least 500W depending on your computer for future upgrades. You also want to make sure your PSU has up to a +12V rail.

Edit: Also, go with a trustworthy brand.

Alex, ANY PSU has a +12V rail. But, I agree with a trustworthy brand.

CompNoob, can you post what's inside the computer?

The modular and wattage helps on the PC. What the modular is, it's the fact that the Power supply is equipped with plugs in the back so when you have spare plugs for other hardware, you won't need to insert them into their slot. It's making them cleaner and easier.

The lights are an option. Technically, a PSU with lights is a nice decoration, but isn't really needed in fact.

Intel 34-2.6GHz 800FSB System with GA8564FX DDR Motherboard
XFX 256 7300GT AGP 512MB DDR Ram 80G HDD ATA-200 7200RPM

Coz my power supply before was a 300W and dont know if i should getn a higher walts or the same one

You should need a good 450W for that type of build.

My bad, I meant to say a dual +12V rail.
