I tried the 93.71, did not change anything, so I also downloaded the 93.81 from http://downloads.guru3d.com/ to see if it would solve the problem, but it did not either.

The one I am having problems with is the E521, the one I posted the dxdiag above. Its my main PC and the one I want to play the game on, but since it does not work because of the graphics problem, I am playing the game on my wifes PC(the old XPS400) on which it works fine.
