L lhuser Golden Master Messages 13,147 Dec 6, 2006 #2 Well, you won't find anything new for that type of board, however, you can get them at used local shops. The fastest CPU will have you to look if your board handles Tulatin cores. The fastest CPU is 1.33GHz.

Clockspeed isnt everything. Per clock cycle, VIA chips are VERY inefficent. a 1GHZ VIA C3 is roughly like a 500mhz PIII
