Serious error?

For the past couple of days I have been getting an error on my computer that causes it to restart randomnly. I had to reinstall windows once, because the hdd wouldn't boot to anything.

Today I got back on and it said that "windows has encountered a serious error and had to be restarted, please send MS an error report" stuff... Sometimes games will just crash (only WoW actually...) my setup is as follows:

Thermaltake Tsunami
AMD Athlon X2 4600 dual-core proc
ASUS A8N-SLI Premium
PQI DDR400 1gig
160gig Western-Digital SATA
XFX 7600GT running the beta 93.81 Forceware
Rosewill 550w SLI compatable PSU
A DVD/RW combo drive
and peripherals.

WTF is up? It's a new build, but I'm wondering why it's doing that. The CPU is not overheating, as it is at about 40c while doing hard chores. Is it the beta 93.81 forceware? What could be causing this?

EDIT
I ran a chkdsk but nothing was found... Still nothing :X

Go into your event viewer and see if you can pinpoint the error (Right click My Computer > Manage > Event Viewer > Look in application as well as system)

got two system erros that have a code i will not be able to understand

and this one is more likely, as it happened last night, a bit before the restart:
