At first glance I think you might consider a more powerful psu.

Did you check the boards vendor list to see if that ram is listed? (I haven't)
 
GET A BETTER PSU
get a gigabit GA instead of that mobo (just $5 extra)
get faster ram
you can get that HD cheaper from western digital
 
THat monitor looks so pretty, haha. I have that Viewsonic. It won't dissapoint you. Have you considered LCD TV? They're higher quality at a higher cost though. Now I want one :p. The specs you posted appears to work well. Everything seems compatible. Use DVI interface for the video hookups, you'll see a difference. For my personal opinion, I don't like "Value" labeled products. I would probably spend a bit more for a nicer RAM--but what you have will work just fine. I also recommend getting a bigger PSU in case you want to upgrade in the future. If this setup is the way it will be for the next few years, it's fine too.
