Good Reformatting XP guide?

Hey,

My mate that i chat to online is in desperate need of a format, but isn't very cluey with computers, and i was wondering if anyone knew of any good guides on Reformatting and reinstalling XP Home?

Thanks a lot guys, i used the one with the screenshots cause it was a bit more detailed, but they are both good guides for anyone...
