Can anyone help please?

I've tried all the virus detection stuff, but the computer won't run it-almost as if the virus is immune to it.

sometimes viruses disable anti-virus software, or prevent the user from installing them. Happened to me once, so I just ended up manually finding it and deleting parts of it, then I could run my anti-virus again and it took care of the rest.

Sorry to be a pain,but have you any idea where I could find the virus in the computer-I really do appreciate you guys taking the time to help me with this.
