yeh unlocked both sides, no because it says on the ram pc 2700 and i ordered pc2 4200

if it says pc 2700 then it's normal ddr and that's why it won't fit. So yeah, you got the wrong ram.

yes. As long as it's ddr2 it will fit into the mobo. Speeds are another thing to look at, but since it doesn't say in the mobo specs and I'm too tired to google I'd guess that the mobo supports speeds up to 800mhz. And even if you get faster ram it will still work, but it will be downclocked to the max speed the mobo supports.
