Ram Question !!!

I bought 2X 1G Muskin redline. They came in a dual kit. But for some reason i have dougts about that they actually run in a dual mode. How can i tell if my 2 sticks of 1G each ram is running in a dual mode?

as u can see, i have 4 ram slots on my mobo on one side i have black & blue and same on the other side. right now i have the 2 stick on one side ( one in blue and one in black )

When i run CPUZ its telling me i have single channelz....

put them both in the same coloured slot, slots 0 & 2 (blue ones by the looks of it.)

I see you already have cpu-z so it will tell you dual channel when you swap the black slot stick to the blue slot

wow i had this ram for like 3month now, and i had no idea it wasnt running in dual chan....grrrrrrrrrrr now that funny.

yes, the same colored slots work in dual channel with eachother.
The bios should automatically detect this change and enable dual channel, but if it still shows as single channel you should be able to change it in the bios.
