How do I connect my Dell Dimensions 4600 to my Samsung LE32N73BD?

What connector options do ya have on them both? I could look them up but i cant be bothered lol

Video out is required which your card appears to have some version of:

Integrated TV Output support up to 1024x768 resolution.

You will need a Din lead which goes from the card output (see red square in pic below) to the TV, then send something to the TV and tune the TV in until you find the right frequency.
