im confused when people says they can put 2 graphics cards in their computer. How do u do that

You have to have a motherboard capable of supporting 2 graphics card. ATi have their Crossfire technology while Nvidia have their SLi technology for sharing multiple GPUs for more processing power. There's a bridge you put across the two video cards that enables that to work.

You basically just buy a mobo that SLI (Nvidias version or Crossfire (ATIs version) Ready... the motherboard will have two PCIe 16x slots and you have to have two cards with the same Core (I.E two 7600GTs, but like a 7900GT and a 7900GTX wont work together), there is a special connector that you put on the cards. then you just enable it on your control panel and it increases your performance significantly.

with Intel chipsets, you can run SLI or Crossfire, SLi is a little harder to get though...hehe.
