How good is the Nintendo 'wii'

Can some one please let me know how good the Wii is? how powersfull etc and how it stacks up against the PS2 and the 360?

it's not as powerful as the ps3 and xbox360, that's for sure. the gpu and processing power is far from the complexity and thought put into the ps3 and xbox360. but you have to take into consideration that this system is much cheaper than the other two, and it also has the new controller, which is supposed to be really innovative and fun. if you want a console that has great graphics, it's not the console for you, if you just want a console so you can have fun, it's a good system to look into.

well i'm a PC gamer at heart cos i know that is where at the end of the day the power lies, i have i PS" obvously, and i was think i would buy a ps3 as a matter of course but i am living with a load of mates at uni and the Wii looks like a load of fun so i thought i might get that.....
