Then why shouldn't we add a post count where you will be able to use a custom avatar? Let's say 200.

Its a bunch of things put togother. He wants to keep the place looking clean and profesinal. Sadly some can be trusted, and some cant. If we allow it at 200, then people will spam their way to 200. Also, he doesnt want people putting up images that are offensive and what not.

Only the moderators and admin allow custom avatars, unfortunately.

I've never seen in my life where people use offensive avatars, only on adult sites.
