you shouldn't need a patch.. i sure didn't.. just throw it into your c:windows/resource/themes folder and double lick on the luna.mss file.. that should open up the appearance tab of your desktop properties and you should then be able to select noir for your xp theme.

what theme is the one that looks like the classic blue theme, but it is modified it is lighter blue and seems to have a "glossy" finish on the task bar, etc. it comes with some xp but not all?
