budget is just as cheep as possible, i wouldn't mind future proofing it, but would it have a real impact on the price?

Ok, that comes to £213.98

+ Case & PSU.. sayyy.. £30? You said you have a GPU.. add on £20 for optical drives..

So in reality, your looking for £270, dual core, and future proofed.

wow, thats pretty immense
is there any chance of having a socket 939 amd mobo instead, so the parts on mine and his are interchangable, is there anything else i need to buy susc as spacers for the mobo in the case etc? and does the case i linked above have a psu supplied

Yes it does have a PSU.. go with an Intel Dual Core man, they pwn! All those spacers will come with the case..
