Does anyone know of any good but very easy to use Audio/Video Libraries for C++?

I probably don't know exactly what purpose you've got in mind, but try the library free downloads at http://www.thefreecountry.com. They have a bit of everything, especially in C and C++. Good luck!

Thank you, I have FMOD now, but it's documentation isn't what I hoped for, it doesn't work with Dev C++ at all. Could someone help?

Now i'm specifically looking for a Video library, does anyone know of any good ones?
