ok. Gigabyte 965P-DQ6 versus anything ASUS. I am building a new system starting from the ground up, and would re-heeeaallly appreciate any mobo advice. I'm wondering about the SLI ability of the DQ6 and whether i can run a single card with the physics card on this board. Is this a good mobo to get? any suggestions considered.

Bad Axe 2 is a good board. 975x chipset is the best overall. Only get 680i if you need SLI, otherwise opt for the P965 or 975x. These aren't my words either. Some of the Xtreme Legends over at XS say this too. The 680i boards aren't bad at all, but they dont offer the performance like the 975x boards do. But all these chipsets are all designed very well. Nvidia engineers really got their asses out of their heads and designed this chipset superbly.
