my friends internet explorer got deleted
and he tryed to reinstall
did everything
rebooted
and nothing showd up help

What did he try to reinstall? IE or Windows?
Did everything with what?
Nothing showed up? No screen? No loading Windows screen?
Seriously, if you want help, we need a little more info.
Does Windows come up at all?
Is it just a blank screen?
Do you see any text on the screen when you power on the computer?
These are the basics, but please try to be more descriptive. We do want to help, but we need as much info as possible.

internet explorer is integrated into windows explorer, and therefore cannot be deleted. Open up your documents, then go up to the windows explorer address bar, and type in whatever site it is you want to go to and shibam.
