Any Way to MAke a Controller Work as a Mouse?

I dunno if theres a program out there or something, just curious. If there if could someone point me to it. Also if anybody knows of any on screen keyboards, but im sure I could find that myself

windows has a built in on screen keyboard. start > all programs > accesories > accesibility > on-screen keyboard

and i want to use my controller as a mouse too

oh thanks John, never knew that. Know just to get this controller to work, If i find out how form somewhere else Ill let ya know.
