How can I make one of my PCs the admin?

I have two computers connected to the internet via a router, but I want to also have one of the computer be the admin computer. I want to be able to administer as many things as possible on the other computer.

Does windows have a way to do this or is extra software required? - if so please specify. Thank you.

well the best way to do that would be to set up a Limited user account in windows xp.

With a limited user account you can control what programs the user can access, where they go on the internet, what they can install.

set the account up on the PC you want to have limited access on.

go to start/settings/control panel/users

you can create and manage and add and remove rights there

ok i found avvenu (avvenu.com) but can I use it over my LAN instead of the internet since it's local.
