This is actually the second time this has happend to me which makes it even worse. Last time I took care of it but I cant remember how I did it. Somebody was helping me.

Okay my situation is this. I use Limewire to download alot of my music, I know I shouldn't and this is what I get. What happend was I clicked the wrong download which happens alot no problem. Except this time. I clicked on something that was done downloading in about .3 seconds. And can you guess what it was. Porn of course. Well technically its not porn. Its a file with a long name full of nasty phrases that I cannot delete. Its stuck in my music file and I dont know what to do. I cant rename it delete it open it it or move it. Its just a file with a big pornographic name in the title stuck in my music folder. The big problem I'm having is that my sister uses my computer to listen to music too. Can somebody please tell me how to get this junk off my computer as soon as possible? I would appreciate it so much.

Go to ur limewire shared folder and try finding the file there. If u find it try to delete it from there.

And if that is giving issues as well, try using a program to delete files on reboot. I know hijackthis can do it..

Restart in safemode,

go into the limewire directory

C:\programfiles\limewire\shared

is the default. delete it form there.

Thank me later

You might also want to check your computer for spyware and viruses, as Limewire is filled with those little nasties.
