lolz you can just delete the history

and heres how you shut down Bsafe/netnanny/cyberpatrol/etc.:

go to paint or other program (i prefer to use paint)
go to open
go to C:/
go to program files
go to ___*name of software/company*___
it should show lots of folders
then change the names of the folders so the program code dosent know where the files are

then they dont work....


and if that dont work u just get a new HD for $50.

Theres a hardware solution sorta like a router thats harder to tamper with. its like 70 bucks.

Hey everybody. My names Kirsty, I'm 35 and I have 2 sons and a daughter. I came across this website and I hope you can help. I heard about this through a friend and I am interested in getting some software that lets you moniter the screen of other computers. I know I can't always be watching my children but it would reassure me if I would know what they are spending their time doing on the internet. don't bash her like that! did she say she wanted to control what they were doing? no. she said she wanted to keep an eye on it. watch and control are different.

however for teh busy parent software is one of the few options left besides taking the CAT-5 cable with them when they leave the house. this way they don't need to be over their kids sholders every time they are on the comptuer.

P.S. I am a teen. i wouldn't like my rents doing that too me, but i can see why they would. i can turn it off if i wanted to, but not all kids can. HOwever, i am smart enough at my age to see why parents do want that, and the good it can do for younger kids.

As a field tech i have been asked by alot of parents if there are ways to check up on there kids. Now there are alot of programs that block, monitor and record what sites your kids go to and what they type(keyloggers). even msn messager can record your chats everytime you talk.

I think it all comes down to trust in the end and if you can trust your kids to do the right thing. In this world its so easy to view porn and other evil stuff kids shouldnt ever view. I know your 15year old kid might be alittle old to teach about doing the right thing. If you have internet explore you can block the stuff kids are looking at to a point, go to TOOLS -> Internet Options > Content Advisor . you can save it and set a password. Best thing atm

My friend has got net nanny installed. But the stupid thing is, that he has got an admin account, do he just types: services.msc in the run box, and ends the net nanny service. NetNanny = Pwn3d !n 73h f4c3!
