What do you install when you have just re-formatted?

I re-formatted this morning, and so far i have installed:

Opera
AVG
WinAmp
My LAN Drivers
Daemon Tools
Flash Player

What i am going to install in the next 30 mins:
ZoneAlarm
Office 2003
AdAware

What do you normally install after a re-format?

i install the most used programs that i'm going to be using, and i un-install all the useless crap that i'm not ever going to be using.i think they should have options to choose what you want installed minus the OS and drivers, during a fresh install.

best thing to do with a fresh install is to tweak the OS to your preferences, then clone the hhd for a backup, any probs with the 1st hhd, use the backup drive to fix it.

Try defrag, run anti-virus, and anti-spyware software.

I reformat about every 4 months. Oh, and i am gonna be installing Dreamweaver, Flash, Ares and uTorrent. Also MSN and xFire.
