Need Serious Help-Won't Boot

Okay, I had just played Rise of Legends, and then I exited out of the game. Then after exiting the computer was non responsive for about an hour. Task manager or anything wouldn't work. So I had to pull the plug.

After I turned it on, I reached the part where it gives me boot options (last known good configuration, start normally, etc). If I choose ANY of them, including safe boot, it gets to the splash screen then reboots itself. Then the process starts all over again. I've never had this problem before. Can anyone help me?

The computer is an HP, so it has a recovery Hard Drive. I tried to use it, but then I gave me sort of a BSoD but it was during startup so I don't think so. Also no memory dump. It said:

The system has been shut down

And the system doesn't shut down.

WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK THE PROBLEM IS?!
