Computer all of a suddenly turns off....

Ok, I have this problem, and im not sure how to solve it. Sometimes, at random moments my computer will just restart by itself. And as much I hope im not right, I personally think theres something wrong with my PSU. Could it be a software problem? What do you guys think?

Athlon 64 X2 3800+
OCZ DDR2 PC5400 2GB RAM
eVGA GeForce 7600 GT KO
Antec TruePower 2.0 12V 550 WATT PSU
Seagate 320GB SATAII 7200.10 Hardrive
Windows XP Pro
