What is wrong with my Control Panel ?

Every time I click on my control panel it takes a really really long time for the srceen to pop up. How could I fix this problem. Thanks

are you running a whole lot of processes when trying to open it? does this only happen when trying to open the control panel or does it hapen when trying to open other folders too?

It only does it when I try to open the control panel everything else opens up fine

Well first of all thats a really old processor, and 128mb is not alot of RAM at all, so you cant really expect it to be fast.
