nope, just swap the drives and reinstall windows or whatever OS you want to use. But i would get the 74GB 16mb cache Raptor instead, its faster and is native SATA, unlike the 36.5GB and old 74GB ones.

I recently upgraded from a single 7200RPM SATA 150 drive to a pair of 74GB Raptors RAID-0, this was probably the single most effective performance upgrade I've made to my system, from pushing the power button to desktop my computer now take between 25-30 seconds to boot now, from almost a minute before the upgrade.
