video card problem

I just recieved a dell 4600 withn 2.6 ht processor 1 gig dual ch ddr400 ram 160g hdd 128 meg video card sound blaster windows media edition

i formatted the hdd reistalled windows all the drivers with oem disk activated it

my question is the dell invoice saysthe video card is all in wonder m9 tv tuner graphic card

the device maniger says all in wonder 9000 low profile

why the discrepincy also it does have the dell sqare block on the back of the card that you have to use the adapter for

i didnt buy this from dell but from a friend at work who couldnt get it to work

it also came with a 17" lcd monitor and remotes and all the other goodys

this is a dell computer but i bought it from the person who bought it from dell

where did you get the driver, have you looked for a more recent one/checked if its the right one??

im reallt not having any problems with the graphics just would like to know why the discrepentcy in the device manager from what is listed on invoice
