arghh i forgot my router password :(

well i didnt forget it, but the password doesnt work anymore (the one to get into the configuration). i dont wanna reset it, cuz i got lots of settings. how do i bypass the password?

and yes, i have a reason, i need to forward a port for an ftp server.

Check Caps Lock? I seriously doubt there's a way to bypass the password. If there was, people could go around wardriving even if there was encryption just by changing the settings.

There is probally a hard reset on the Router.

usually you have to use a paper clip and push it into the hole to reset it.

do this with the power on for a few seconds.
