Yeah, your antenna sticks out the back. You can move it any way you want, but you usually get better performance when it's at a 90 degree angle.
If you don't have much back panel space, buy one of these.
I don't mean that brand, but something like that where the antenna plugs into the card and is attached by a cable so you have some freedom as to where you want to place your Wi-Fi antenna.
