(there for pci its an old computer still running pentuim 3 with half a gig or ram)

The 2nd one, the FX5500 is by just a little. It's core clock is 20 MHz faster, which isn't really going to be a noticeable difference. If you want to play any current games, you'll need to upgrade your motherboard to one with a PCI express slot.

Yup, I concur with the first two posters. The FX5500 is the better of the two. Oddly enough, it's cheaper too.
