Question about ATI TV Wonder 200 Tuner Card

I just bought this tuner card and I am having trouble setting up the EPG (Electronic Program Guide). It scanned my zip code and brought up my cable provider and I activated it but nothing changed. The channels are not named and I am unable to find a tv schedule of any kind. Also, when I enable time-shifting it completely destroys the sound. If anybody can help me with this, please do...

Trying uninstalling and reinstalling it. Try getting newer drivers.
