Blue Screen Death

Okay so here is my problem, sometimes when im using my computer it all starts to freeze and eventually goes black and then after a little time it goes to my MotherBoard Logo which is the opening screen when i turn on the computer... sometimes it just stays there or sometimes it says that it tried to boot and failed and wants me to boot from disk... The latest problem is that i am using it and all the sudden it turns black and then goes to blue and tells me that windows needed to shut down... at the bottom of the screen is says "dumping physical memory." IM really worried cuz we just put this computer together like 2 weeks ago... what are some options.. PLEASE help!!!!

write down the code it gives next time it Blue Screens... it should be like 0x000000 or something

download this http://hcidesign.com/memtest/download.html and let it run for a few hours. Also check ur cpu and vid card temperatures.
