Hm. Windows 2000 was always relatively fast for me.

Which ever PC I used, Windows 2000 Pro was SLOW. Advanced server was worse. I kept on losing connection. Anyways, i'm about to make the move to Longhorn Server 5728.

Of course. I used it even way longer before you. My first try was around 2003, the release year lol!

But, Longhorn Server is now giving me som troubles here...here we go

did you make sure to download the drivers for your motherboard? windows 2000 does not come with them. For me, when I first install 2000, it is VERY slow... until I install drivers, it's up to speed then.

Right click on desktop select new Shortcut and copy and paste this in

%windir%\system32\rundll32.exe user32.dll,LockWorkStation

Then for the name of the shortcut put it as what ever you want

I also made it so that if i press ctrl+Alt+L it locks my computer
