Scared. HELP!

So i can be using my computer and all hte sudden it shuts off and turns on then the very first screen comes up and dosent go away. (its of a python, the logo of my video card i think)

Is your video card plugged in all the way? is your moniter plugged in all the way?
Can you please tell us your system specifications?

Try unplugging it for a while... then turn it on again.
Usually when this happens to be I just unplug it, hold the power button to drain some power and plug it back in.
