So whats going on with the PM cap thing....I sure wish David would post in this thread and give us a good reason why he isn't doing it. I'm sure it only takes like 1 minute to set a different option for the pm cap.

Well, the PM cap has changed! To 300 seconds now..that's only taking one minute off

I mean, seriously who spams via pm, and if they do, they can block them...To me, Im happy it got lowered, but its still to high...

I get 5 pms for say ( just an example)
300/60= 5minutes
5minutes inbetween, so 5*5=25mintues...I like cf, but not that much to waste 25 minz trying to reply lol...
