These are the programs listed in my Add/Remove programs area.. And i was wondering what i needed in this and what i don't.. Oh ya it's all WORD FOR WORD so they mean what they say :p

Can anyone help me sort them out!!!!!! :D

It all depends on what you use and what you dont. I see a few media players in there, chances are you dont use all of them. Keep all your security stuff obviously, but in reality you can uninstall just about anything from this list without adversly affecting your computer. Go through your programs list and write down all of the programs that you do not use and uninstall them. After that run CCleaner http://www.ccleaner.com/ this will clean up you hard drive of all temp files, and other useless crap, also run the "scan for issues" this will scan your registry for broken or useless keys, finally after all of that and a reboot or two, run defrag on your drive.
