I need help with this bsod I'm getting more and more now. Every once in a while I get a BSOD with something at the bottom that says...

Submitting the error report gives me this from microsoft...
Error caused by Windows (R) WDM driver for Realtek AC'97 (ALCXWDM.SYS): no specific solution available
I've tried to update this driver which appears to be causing the problem but when I go to the control panel to first uninstall the old driver it won't let me. It says that there are some files that can't be found in order to remove it.
How can I remove the old driver and install a new one?
