I think I have solved my issue!!!

yeah the memory is compatible. I have corsiar value select and have also tried brand new pny. I am on my 3rd mobo from Asus due to this issue and nothing. I was told that my PSU only had 18v on a single rail and I need 24 total.
I was thinking about getting this incase it isnt the PSU I can just take it back.

I got it figured out!! 2.85v on the memory and she works just fine!! DOnt know why ASUS, AMD or Corsiar couldnt have just told me to do that.

Heh, yeah I forgot about that. Checking your BIOS is pretty important too.
