Could someone tell me what this is all about?

i got this error message the other day and was wondering what it was all about.

Seems like maybe the program has a trojan in it, try running a virus scan, what program were you running?

just explorer. i think the problem was some videos that were in this folder and everytime i tried to open the folder it didnt like the vids so it poped up with this and closed explorer down. when i deleted the vids it stopped
