Hi there,
Does anyone know where I could download a certain microsoft icon/gif/jpeg

Its the one that has 3 jellybean like figures of different color

First place that's a copyrighted logo. Having said that, here's how you do it.
Right click on the icon and select> save picture as. it will save the item as a document. Don't ask me why, it just does. Go to the saved item and rename it with a .jpg extention. You have your picture.
But again that's a M$ copyrighted logo.
