I'm buying a new PSU-What one?

Hey guys.

I'm buying a new PSU. I want a really good one. I don't really have a budget, but I don't want to spend ridiculous amounts. I want one that can cope with power hungry games, and one that can cope with the latest graphics cards in SLI and the latest processors. I may also have 2 hard drives along with a Soundcard, DVD drive etc. Can anyone recommend me any? Thanks.

uh..ocz 700watt gamexstream?... i think that's what it was called..

Yeah I was looking at the 600watt version. But is it good as in specs? I don't understand about all the 12v rails and everything and what the specs mean. I know nothing about psu's... Pretty confused :S
