My whole comp is new, my case is a little less than a month old, and i have an awesome case that i know is not rattling.

Firstly, heatsinks dont make any noise, at all, it's the fan's that make the noise, and secondly, what a stupid thing to say..you proberly have a different HSF, a quieter one..think next time

Yeah, just re-sit your HSF, and clean it while your at it..how big is the fan? 80mm? smaller?

it is my HSF that is making all the noise, its 92mm

Get a new one. Zalman 7700-cu or 7000-cu. Or Scythe Ninja.

Yeah - stock heatsinks are always loud.

I would definitely suggest the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro - cheap but effective.
