The title says it all. A family want a computer for their kids. I don't plan on building for them because it would cost me more to build than just to buy a good budget system somewhere else. I don't want a piece of crap cheap computer either. Any recommendations of stores online or even retail stores you guys have good experience with?

CompUSA, Dell, Best Buy, or whatever? I'm so use to building one that actually buying a system is wierd now.

I was just configuring one online at Dell. Even their Dimension E310 P4 came out to like $600 and it's a P4 machine, lol. Not even dual core. I hate for the kids to use the Celeron D's, but they may have to resort to that.

i don't know if this counts.. but www.ibuypower.com? but, yeah dell has awesome deals 450 dollars for a 19inch lcd + an e510? yeah.. i can't imagine finding a deal like that anywhere else. the dell 9200 is offering conroe for relatively cheap right now
