It's the same for bytes.

Megabytes = MB
Gigabytes = GB
Terabytes = TB
Petabytes = PB

It goes on and on.
 
I didn't know either. Some of those names sound like something you hear in some sci-fi flick. I heard of Terrahertz though, but anything beyond that is way too high.
