I have a few questions about monitoring system temps. what programs are good out there that monitor system temps? I currently use the nvidia monitorview that came with my mobo but i dont find it does an accurate job. it says my cpu idles around 22 degrees celcius? is that normal for a x2 4400+?
i also recently downloaded a program called sensors view pro. it said my cpu was idling at 44 degrees celcius. why so big of a difference?

and it says for my hdd 50 degrees. is that too warm?

I'm not sure about the other temps, but in my opinion the hard drive looks a little bit warm, but it doesn't look too critical to me, you could always go get a HDD cooler if you're worried about your HDD temperature, they're not too expensive. I'd say anything above 60C for a HDD is something to really worry about but I'm not sure. I wish I could help more, someone else could help you better.
