Hi,

I just bought this card (I know its bad!), and it says it requires a 350W power supply.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814143050

My current computer has a 160W Power Supply, 2 SATA 80GB 7200RPM Hard Drives, a Pentium 4 2.66GHz, and 1 Gig of RAM and it seems to be plenty of power.

So my question is; if I do very little gaming, will I be fine with keeping the power supply when I install the new gfx card? There are several other 300W Power Supplies I could look at; would this be enough power?

Thanks

running that card with a 160W psu would most likely cause alot of crashing and very poor performance in games since the card wouldn't get enough power. Also, the psu would probably say BOOOM pretty quickly since it would be running at full capacity all the time.

But if u can afford it, just get like a 400W+ psu, though the 350W will most likely be enough the 400W would give more room for upgrades and overclocking. (if u are planning on doing any)
