What player can loop segment in a video?

I'm looking for a media player that I can use to loop a certain part of a video?

The window media player that came with windows 95 could do this but I'm now running XP and the current WMP will not let me do this nor will the real player. I have a nero player that will kind of do it if your quick with opening the menu and click the start and end buttons after the video has started but no way to start a loop from the beginning or type in the time segment to loop.

So is there a media player (software) out there that will allow me to designate a certain segment within a video to loop?

Edit the actual video file in windows movie maker that comes with XP.

Then save it as a new movie and loop it regularly.

Yep I have done that but I don't always want to loop the same section.

Nobody knows of a software package or media player I can buy and download that can loop a segment of video?

I am very surpised that there is not a Media player that can do this? I have called microsoft and realplayer with no luck.
